[Hallc_running] Shifts over the weekend

Hello,

Hall C is in controlled access and will remain there until Sunday DAY shift.  Therefore we are canceling the shift leader slot for all Saturday shifts and Sunday OWL.  Target operator shifts are NOT cancelled.  We would like to keep one person in the counting house to assist the target experts and to insure that no one will be working alone.  Additionally, please complete the Beam Time Accounting (BTA).  

The normal shift schedule will resume Sunday DAY.
