[Hallc_running] Shift Leader not needed for Sunday SWING and Monday OWL

Hello,

The Shift Leader slot is cancelled for Sunday SWING and Monday OWL

Target operator shifts are not cancelled.  We would like to keep one person in the counting house to assist the target experts and to insure that no one will be working alone.  Additionally, please complete the Beam Time Accounting (BTA).

The normal shift schedule will resume Monday DAY.
