[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

We started J/Psi production running last night with the elastic coincidence. We had some confusion about setting the HMS Q2 because we weren't sure if we could trust the current or the hall probe. In the end, the best optics were with the original current that we used before. Mark's summary is here: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3654228. Beam was pretty choppy in the beginning and disappeared for a bit during the night. The accelerator found that, to reduce the BLM trips, they need to run without the energy locks on. We are currently in the long haul of Production Phase 1 for J/Psi. We can only receive a max of about 45 uA with Hall A also at less than optimal current. We can expect to run this way for the remainder of the weekend. SHMS and HB interlocks this morning due to some interruption in the communication. Required a quick hall access to reset the SHMS NMR, but it would be good to enable this to be power cycled remotely in the future. Missing reference times during the repla

Particularly, it is important that shift crews not focus on the readback current box for the HMS Q2- it will always read 0. The readback current just above that box and in the summary GUI are reliable indicators that the magnet is set to current.
