[Hallc_running] Hall C RC meeting at 4:30pm today

We will have an RC meeting in the Counting House at 4:30pm today.  Could
be a brief one...

So far things on the Hall C side are coming back fairly smoothly, but
Accelerator could be a while.  Hopefully we'll know a little more by
this afternoon.
