[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

We have been getting low current in Hall C over night (not by choice). Our physics rates would have easily allowed for double the beam current, at very least. We've been taking data at the middle epsilon point, Q2 = 0.375 and W=2.2. We completed 3 out of 4 SHMS angle settings here. This morning we rotated SHMS to the last angle needed to complete the data taking at this epsilon point.
There is a planned accelerator down (as far as beam availability to the halls is concerned) to re-configure the 20 Amp supplies and then tune to hopefully allow for high current beam delivery to Hall C and decent beam to Hall A. 

We decided to take advantage of this and put Hall C in restricted access to allow Neil to implement the temporary fix for the HMS LCW leak.
This work has been completed as of 12:40 pm and we tested rotation in the hall to larger HMS angle (34 deg) which will be needed soon to make sure the hose Neil installed does not impede rotation. 

We will be ready to lock up the hall by early afternoon and we will wait for beam.
