[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC update / meeting this afternoon

We will have a RC meeting at second floor of the counting house at 4:30 PM today.

We ran well in the evening and took production data at 20 uA at our "IIb" VCS kinematic. 
During owl shift, around 3:30 AM MCC called to cut the beam off due to a problem at the West Arc LCW. They figured out there is a big leak of a pump: see OPS log entry https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3708161
There is no beam since that, we don't know so far when beam will be back. 

We had a restricted access this morning as Walter took advantage of the beam down to take out of the hall a crane attachment needed for hall A.
