[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Wednesday RC update for Hall C

Arc 2 is down with a PS issue. MCC expects to restore it today. Hall C will be opened on day shift so Walter et al can pump down an isolation vacuum. (The hall is still in power permit, but we're lowest priority in RadCon's queue, so opening may take a while.) 

Hall B beam was getting close to production before the Arc 2 issue. When beam comes back, Hall A will start getting busy. It's REALLY vague when they'll get to Hall C, so my apologies to the owlies. 

When beam returns, the plan remains the same as yesterday evening: Beam checkout procedure and then detector/trigger/optics checkout with solid targets.

There will be the usual RC meeting this afternoon at 4:30 pm in the Counting House. Remote connection information is on the wiki
