[Hallc_running] RC meeting at 4:30

Hi all,

The SHMS is at 5.7 degrees and we're waiting for beam to come back after
the Accelerator/JLab 'load shedding' exercise that began at 2pm.

We will have an RC meeting at 4:30pm for those who can make it.
