[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC update

Current Status
---------------------
Scattering chamber vacuum is good, so Dave Meekins will cool down the target. Once he is in communication with the ESR personnel, this will take 6-8 hours.  

Plans - This morning the program is 1) target cool down which requires long accesses at the beginning (contact person Meekins), and 2) recheck spectrometer angle ranges since the beampipe was moved (contact person Lassiter or designate). Once that dust settles, we can consider locking up and starting beam checkout with/without a target. 

Announcement - We will have an RC meeting today at 4:30 PM in the counting house. Bluejeans Conference ID : 861439920
