Outgoing Run Coordinator Report for Wednesday, Nov. 27

At the MCC meeting this morning they reported being only a little behind. They're in Arc 5 but had hoped to be in Arc 7. Not bad. But they decided to slip the start of scheduled beam delivery 24h to Tuesday day, Dec. 3. We should still do our Hall checklists Monday. They were anxious to see if the delay meant we could be included in the spin dance if they delayed it until then, but after having talked to Dave G. yesterday, I knew Wed. was the earliest we could be ready. So they'll go ahead without us on Saturday with the spin dance (that may change- they were thinking about swapping it with another activity). Currently Sun/Mon they aim for the RF stress test with 60 uA of 5 pass to A. The white board has us at 2 pass for a day, and 1 pass for 2 days, and I let them know we need more.

I heard also that the DS beamline pumps were turned on this AM after solving an interlock problem with the GV there. That means the beamline is ~ready. Monday they will tune the BCMs in our hall. Apparently 2 new FSDs were requested this AM so the hot checkout list I thought was done is not done. Joe had gotten all the SHMS magnets on yesterday (ps's were just off). Andy found one loose flag on HMS Q1 which he tightened but then had to stop for other things so I don't know where that went. Congrats to last night's crew for getting the cell in! I passed that along at the 8 AM meeting and reminded people about the PPE now needed up there on the pivot. Pointing survey should continue/conclude today.
