[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

SWING(08/13/20), Production on the reference cell (Hydrogen and empty). Both for 2 hours (of beam). 

OWL (08/14/20)- Moved to production on the polarized He3 cell. Things were mainly smooth.
 
DAY (08/14/20) - Plan is to continue with production on the polarized He 3 cell ---> into SWING and OWL shifts.

NMR measurements:
An NMR measurement was taken at the end of swing and was up to ~ 40.5% : https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3826963
Then during OWL (5:00 am) and was still hovering around ~40.8% : https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3827117


The switch to 1st pass on Augest 24th (Monday) with subsequent restoration of 5th pass on August 27th (Thursday) is scheduled and on the SAD calendar
