Comments are welcome.

Tentative consensus is that we will /not/ do a Moller while at 1-pass.
While the measurement itself is only half a shift, Accelerator setup
overhead has been extremely high in the recent past, leading to 12+
hours of production time lost.  Dave G is pretty confident that
he can dead-reckon the beam polarization we'll get at a worst case
3--4% level based on prior measurements and what Hall A is getting now.

I'll be updating this over the weekend and it should be pretty solid by
Monday.
