[Hallc_running] [EXTERNAL] Second draft of article on the color transparency (E12-06-107) results

Dear Hall C collaborators,
Attached is a revised draft of the letter article on the results from
the color transparency experiment. Thank you very much for all your
comments which has helped us improve the article significantly.

The two major changes in this version are the title of the article and
the total systematic uncertainty.
After a cut dependence study of the proton absorption we have
increased its uncertainty from 0.5% to 1.2%, this has increased the
total  uncertainty from 3.9% to 4%. All figures and tables have been
updated to reflect this change.

Please look at the revised version and please send your comments and
suggestions to (d.dutta at msstate.edu). If there are no further
significant changes, we anticipate submitting the article after
Monday, Nov 2.
