[Hallc_running] RC Meeting tomorrow at 10am

Hi everyone -

We will have an RC meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, August 31) at our new meeting time, 10 am.  As of the 8am MCC meeting this morning, we are still scheduled to receive tune beam on Monday (Labor Day)🤞.  I will update the RC meeting wiki page before the meeting but the main topics will be Hall readiness.
