Not a great deal to report on the data taking front since taking over as RC.

Beam went away at about 10am and hasn't been back all day, partly due to accelerator work, partly due to storms in the afternoon. See https://cebaf.jlab.org/dtm/open-events?event_id=9451 for our issues in the evening.

The plan for tonight and into tomorrow morning is to try and finish off the HeePCoin settings if we get the beam we need. We need a little more data at our first setting. We then need to do the second setting on the list (which should take ~ 5 hours), before we start our actual physics runs.

At some point tomorrow, there will be a relatively long down period (~1 full shift) to get Hall D set up. I've had two requests for accesses to the Hall, so I will request that we get a sweep and drop to controlled access as soon as they take beam away to sort out D. I will arrange this at the meetings in the morning tomorrow. 

On the longer term horizon, I will also advise that we plan to try a BCM calibration over the weekend (if possible).

But there are outstanding issues that need looking into still, hopefully the Owl shift will be able to make some progress on this.
