[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Update & Reminder of 10 am Meeting

During the very early hours of Monday, we finished the last 2nd fADC deadtime run and made the transition to the Q2=6 GeV^2 and low epsilon production kinematics.   

We took bit of data until Monday, though over a range currents to understand the high rates.

In the early part of day shift, the fast raster system failed.   Bill Gunning came in and got the system up again for us by removing two of the four rastering magnets.   We have plenty of allowed current in the system to set get the same raster size on target,   This mean we need to ask for a 4 x 4 mm^2 raster in order to get a 2 x 2 mm^2 on target ( Hall A has to do all the time, but very unusually for Hall C).

The beam energy measurement found the energy to be 9172.705 +/- 3.7483 MeV.  https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3909335

After the measurement, there was a lot of difficulty to restore beam and many ion chamber trips.   After much trouble shooting, it was found that a quad. had not actually changed to the correct sign though in EPICS it showed that it was correct. 

Once this was fixed, ion chamber levels went back to nominal and we have now running 70 uA.   (~22:00)
