[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] RC Update & Reminder of 10 am (short) Meeting

Dear Collaborators,

This is to give you a quick update on the latest status on Hall C and the accelerator, and to also remind you we will have a very short meeting at 10 am. 

The refurbished breaker will get here today and will be installed this afternoon. We will take 12 hours of beam from Tuesday 8:00 pm to Wednesday 8:00 am. Wednesday will be a maintenance day for the accelerator. Walter and techs are currently accessing the hall to work on N2 pumping. 

Hall C is currently under restricted access, and will remain under restricted access until 2 pm this afternoon. Dave will come in and work on the target Fan controller now, and tune mode generator work will be done in parallel to the breaker work today.

Outstanding issues:
1. Joe attempted to fix the target ladder camera. He identified that the camera need to be replaced. He will wait until the next funding cycle (start in a few days) to buy the camera.

We are not planning to open the hall on Wednesday.

When beam comes back, we will resume data taking at Q2=6 left configuration, the earliest opportunity to rotate SHMS to 5.5 degrees will be on Friday.

Leader shift is still canceled until 4 pm today; TO shifts are unchanged.
