[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Update & Reminder of 10 am Meeting

Dear Collaborators,

This is to give you a quick update on the latest status on Hall C and the accelerator, and to also remind you we will have a very short meeting at 10 am.

The refurbished breaker was installed around 4 pm yesterday, and the beam came back to the hall around 7:30 pm. We took around 11 hours of beam from Tuesday 7:30 pm to 6:30 am this morning we further increased the pion count to 4155.

Accelerator maintenance day today.

Hall C is currently under beam permit,  and we are not planning on accessing the hall today for any maintenance item. Beam is expected to come back at 6 pm today. The day leader shift today was canceled. 
If one must access the Hall, 12 pm (noon) - 3 pm is the preferred time.

Maintenance item performed on Tuesday: 
1. Walter and techs performed N2 pumping on the HMS transfer line.
2. Dave switched the leads on the fan, no change on the coolant flow was observed: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3914000
3. Based on our request, the raster magnets were restored to the original four coil operation. Now we ask 2x2 raster to get a 2x2 raster: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3913853
4. Tune mode generator fixed! (Maybe forever).
5. Greg target trained half a dozen poeple. 

Outstanding issues:
1. Joe attempted to fix the target ladder camera. He identified that the camera need to be replaced. He will wait until the next funding cycle (start in a few days) to buy the camera.
2. Why is the target drawing so much coolant? 

When the beam comes back, we will resume data taking at Q2=6 left configuration, the earliest opportunity to rotate SHMS to 5.5 degrees will be on Friday.
