[Hallc_running] Last Shift TO Needed & 10am meeting

The Hall C shift schedule is now looking good.   Thanks to all of you who have stepped in to help!

We do have one last shift to fill:   the last TO shift on Tuesday Owl.

The big question for 10am meeting will be when to do the SHMS rotation.   Right now, we have ~6275 pions in this kinematics.

We will have our daily RC meeting at 10 AM, remote
