PD (Jay Benesch) calls to inform that experts have not been able to determine what the
issue with the vertical separator:  https://cebaf.jlab.org/dtm/open-events?event_id=16434

The experts will continue working, for a bit more, but if they are not able to fix the issue this afternoon,
the beam sent thru the Swing/Owl shift will have an increased RF Fault Rate of ~ 12 trips / hour, until they
keep working on it tomorrow.
