[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Update - 30/06/22

Some quick updates.

- Beam overnight wasn't great, we were restricted to 30uA beam of varying stability. 
   - We are *still* on the final -ve polarity setting, Q2=3.85, W=3.07 (left). 14k/40k...
   - We've had several HMS Q1 interlocks in the past 24 hours, including two overnight - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4009015 https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4009029 - These have cleared quickly, but their frequency is alarming
   - We also had an SHMS HB interlock late on swing too, this one took a bit longer to resolve - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4008960
- Issues in the NL (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4009044) took us down at about 05:30. This will (along with other things) keep us down through day today
    - These issues are tied into power supply to the NL, a breaker is being replaced which will take a while
    - BLM 8E02, which has been causing us issues, will also be looked at
    - Lots of other miscellaneous work is being done on the accelerator today too

As a result of the accelerator work, no beam is expected until swing. Day SL is on call, swing SL should show up as normal for now. The PD will update us later so that may change, I'll keep people posted.
