[Hallc_running] [EXTERNAL] RC Update - Nov 11, 2022

Hi, all,

In the past 23 hours, we've continued taking data with SHMS at 10 degrees and HMS at 35 degrees.  HMS Setting 3 was completed at the turnover of owl/day shift today, and setting 4 was commenced.

After a conversation with crew chief at 3:15 on 11/10, MCC took a little time to try and tune us for 70uA.  We got 70uA beam at around 7 p.m., down for a bit later in swing shift for ion chamber calibration in Hall A.  Unfortunately, the "sweet" spot turned out to be about 50uA for us, which is what most of the data taking saw.

J/T valve had to be adjusted on Day shift for LD2 target and on Swing Shift for LH2 target.

SHMS HB interlocked at 5:35 am. on 11/11.  RC called magnet expert on call (Eric), who was able to reset it remotely.  Data taking resumed.

There might be some small tweaks done by MCC today to see if they can up our current, but nothing "destructive".

Beam delivery to Hall C resumed a little before 8 p.m. last night (Nov 9).
Data taking on Setting 4 (HMS-defined) proceeded. Finished Ca40 statistics, moved to Be9- finished Be9 statistics at 9:45 a.m. today (Nov10).  Proceeding with AL cell wall target.
