[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall C RC update: Tuesday, November 22, 2022

While beam was off yesterday to address issues in the South Linac, Hall C went to Controlled Access and Facilities was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue with the air conditioning in the HMS (the thermostat was replaced).  Beam returned around 8 pm on swing shift, and we continued taking data on Be and Ca40 (at degrees in the SHMS and 35 degrees in the HMS).  The second cycle of Be data-taking will be complete around 9 am - we will then change configuration to take single arm elastics in the HMS and SHMS.  That will likely take the remainder of day shift and part of swing shift.

At the 8 am meeting this morning, it was decided that the usual Wednesday 1:30 scheduling meeting will take place right after the 8 am meeting (since it is the day before the start of a holiday). 

There will be an RC meeting at 11 am. The Zoom information is below:
