[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Present Status on N. LINAC

MCC called a few minutes ago and gave us the present situation. As of now, the estimated time to attempt to repair the transformer in 1L18 will take about 4-6 hours. If that goes well, they will then try to bring beam back. If the repair is not successful after the ~4-6 hours, they will come back tomorrow to resume repairs. 

So, Shift Leaders for today's Swing and subsequent Owl are on stand-by. Target Operators are still needed to come in.
