[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] RC Summary 28 - 29 October

No beam during Oct 28 due to ongoing repair work for 1L18, involving transformer repair.

During this time, Bob Michaels, Dave Abbott, and Brian Moffitt made some progress on the DAQ crash issue for SHMS. They have a work-around for the TO shift takers

Beam was restored around 00:40 on Oct 29. Been taking data since then on a host of targets. 

Beam position check was done with the Carbon target

Present settings are 
SHMS: P = +1.63, Theta = 10 (GeV, degrees)
HMS: P = +9.2, Theta = 35

As of now, the plan is to continue with data taking until Monday when stable 60.0uA beam might be attainable while Hall A changes to 3-pass. 

There won't be a RC meeting today. Contact the RC for any changes to plan.
