[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Magnet Interlocks

Swing shift has had a multiple interlock trips, mainly with HMS Q1. Magnet on-call tried taking a look but couldn't find anything. 

If/when it happens again, please take a screen shot with the GUI and log it for the on-call expert to look at. 

Also, MCC has mentioned that the trip rate is really high for 60uA and we are currently running at 50uA.
