[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC update

Here is a summary of what was discussed today at the 11 am RC meeting. Please send correction, addition and updates.<p>
 
<b>MCC update</b><br>
Tuning of the machine as started. It is going slow but there is no show-stopper. Their goal is to hit 1047MeV/pass on the first pass before going up more pass. The 1047 goal gives us good polarization when sharing the beam with Hall B.<br>
At the 1:30pm meeting, the PD pushed back the earliest beam delivery to Tuesday. They cancelled their plan to start delivering beam Monday evening.<br>
MCC will perform a hot check out of the HAll C beamline Friday 9/1 from 1 to 6 pm: no access in the hall during that time.<p>

<b> TO-DO Hall preparation </b>
<ul>
<li> In Hall  tasks:
<ul>
<li> completed since last update: Cooling lines, dry air system;  Shield wall on the SHMS lower deck (protect chiller); SHMS + HMS rotation certification (rough) (Steve L.)
Downstream beam line + corrector magnet survey 
<li>Field map NPS corrector (Steve L. + Bogdan)
<li>HMS PSU checkout (Steve L.)
<li> Drill locator for NPS calo at  9.5 m(?) [Paulo+Simona, Th]
<li>NDX to be plugged (it’s in place) [Larry+ Simona +, Th]
<li>Ion chamber install [Scott (ACC) + Simona, Th]
<li>NPS calorimeter (Simona + Mitch)
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot individual Blocks (in progress)
<li>VLD LED commissioning (in progress)
<li>Gain versus NPS magnet fields (LED)
<li>Gain versus HV (LED)
<li>Remove the front panel
<li>Add dosimeters inside the calo box
</ul>
</ul>
<li>DAQ Status: 
<ul>
<li>copy FADC and VTP config file in start of run log entry (Charles's request)
<li>anode current readout
<li>need runplan for testing DAQ/FADC/VTP setting (Charles's run plan has place holder for this)
