[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Shift status today and tomorrow

The injector work is ongoing. For now, today's day, swing, and tomorrow's owl shift leader duties are cancelled. Target Operators are still required to come to shift. I will try to provide a better update on the timeline later today.
