[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily summary

TO for day shift is here, and we are setting up the kinematics for beam. 

Dave Meekins began recondensing the cryo target this morning. We should be able to run on the cryo targets at the end of day shift today. 

MCC and injector folks think we can have beam on day shift. We will be moving back to beam permit soon.
