[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall C RC Update (Jan 30)

Our BCM calibration was completed during a Hall A access and downtime during day yesterday.
Injector issues right after BCM calibration throguhout swing shift.
Target encoder positions updated by Dave Meekins yesterday.  A quick Al hole scan validated the changes.  
We completed setting 6 and moved to setting 7 overnight.  We are currently changing to setting 8.
Plan through the next couple of days:
Anticipate completion of setting 10 and moving back to setting 3 for an extra 100K events on He3.  This will take several hours and up to half-a-day
The HMS will be rotated to 20 degrees and setting 3-10 will be re-ran for He3 and Li. 

We will have an RC meeting today at 11:00 to discuss any additional runplan / analysis updates.
