[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Update - Plan for Maintenance Day

Hello everyone, just a quick summary of the plans for the maintenance day tomorrow -
<br>
<br>
<ul>
<li> 05:00, begin cosmics test <b> regardless of whether beam studies start at 05:00 or not. </b> These should be run for as long as possible. </li>
<li> 09:00-10:00 (TBC, will depend upon Radcon sweeping NL/SL/Injector) Hall will be swept and go to controlled access.</li>
<li> Joe Beaufait will lock out the NPS power. </li>
<li> NPS will be moved back to 6m for access to the PMTs/bases.
<li> The bases from column 1 will be removed. Radiation monitors currently installed should be removed and tagged for survey. </li>
<li> Once this work is done, we will move the NPS back to 3m. </li>
<li> <b> The move back to 3m will occur no later than 14:00 (2pm). </b></li>
<li> One back at 3m, we will conduct tests of the magnetic field at the location of the PMT bases.</li>
<li> These tests should conclude no later than 16:00 so we are ready to lock up and get beam whenever it is restored.</li>
<li> As soon as the tests conclude, power should be restored to the NPS</li>
<li> When keys are available (likely ~12:00) Joe Beaufait will conduct a walkthrough for Po-Ju.</li>
<li> Heidi will be in the Hall to investigate the SHMS door. </li>
<li> Someone from the PSS group will be in the Hall during the access regarding an ODH sensor <//li>
