[Hallc_running] Hall C Status and RC Meeting

Status: Now taking data at the KinC_x60_3' setting.

A ton of work during yesterday's maintenance period:

  *   HMS was set for -5.878 GeV (not logged, but still much appreciated)
  *   Cryo contamination test. (Hall C not the source.)
  *   Repair of NPS detector bad channels https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4217770
  *   Bill Henry moved a hodo channel from old, alarming HV channel to new CAEN crate. https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4217724
  *   extensive magnetic field measurements near the NPS calorimeter pmts (It will take time to turn 3 pages of notes into a coherent hclog.)
  *   Repair of NPS detector bad channels https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4217770

Backing out of maintenance period and waiting for beam:

  *   Set HMS and SHMS angles (switch to KinC_x60_3' complete)
  *   Restored sweeper magnet
  *   Restored NPS calorimeter HV settings for physics production
  *   LED studies (not logged. Still need to temporarily increase FADC latency due to the different trigger timing?)

Beam finally back around 9:30pm:

  *   Crew took data while the calorimeter temperature stabilized
  *   DAQ issues early before start of Thursday day shift https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4218105
