Status: 
1. Beam energy change from 5 pass to 4 pass in progress. MCC will tune up our 4-pass beam to the BSY dump, then tune it to our dump. 
2. RadCon survey starts 09:30. Techs arrive for calorimeter move nominally at 10AM. Afterward, go to power permit to support the last part of the energy change.
