Status: After smooth elastic data taking, we are currently down for a long accelerator maintenance day. The hall is in controlled access. (There were no requests for work in the hall until minutes after I announced at the 8am meeting that we'd try to stay in beam permit lol. Insert image of me rolling eyeballs. But seriously, we always owe our RadCon and ARM colleagues the courtesy of advance notice if possible, and this week RadCon is stressed with the Hall A dump work.)


Notables from the last 24 hours (it was a low drama day):

The JT7/8 motors were replaced. (It was realized that the relay failure a few days ago actually originated in a motor. Lead flow rates were OK with the dead motor, but would have been inappropriately stuck at that high level if the dipole were to trip overnite. The dead motor's twin was also pre-emptively replaced.)  https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4220625
