[Hallc_running] Shifts cancelled in Hall C starting Dec 13 day shift

Dear all,

The NPS experiment will be stopping production beam beginning on the day shift, Dec 13th . Subsequently, shifts after that time will be cancelled until we resume running in January. The shift schedule will be updated to reflect this soon.
