[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] No beam in Hall C

The injector went to restricted access to address the problem with the excess field emission. See problem here: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4229428, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4229447

As a result, we will not have beam for 2-3 days. In the meantime, I am cancelling the SL duties for tonight through day shift tomorrow. I will send an updated after the morning 8am meeting when we have a better idea of the timeline of the work. 

To be clear, Target Operators are still required to show up.
