[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Current status update and plan when beam is back

The accelerator is currently recovering from the scheduled maintenance day. Things seem to be going well. Currently, accelerators and the halls are locked. The RF recovery is ongoing. 

My personal projection is that the beam will be back around 8-9 p.m. 

After the beam is back, we will go back to production running, at kinematics 36_5: a 10 uA beam, on LD2, PS=0, coin_sparse,  namely the Step 6.1 on the run plan. Before the beam went away this morning, we took one run out of four at this step. We will start by taking three more runs to complete Step 6.1 and then continue the loop.

Additionally, a big thank you to Bill Henry, Hanjie, and Alex for their work on fixing the alarm handler and improving DAQ stability. Also to the Hall Techs (Heidim, Ellen, and others) for checking the cryo health and inspections.
