[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] RC Daily Update Oct/29/2023, and RC meeting at 11 am

Mostly smooth production. Good 24 hours.
Issues:
1. The flipping script procedure falling through the crack caused large charge asymmetry for two hours, Hall C RC didn't follow the procedure: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4212928
Suggestions for the future: 
a. Adding the charge asymmetry to the Hall C alarm handler.
b. Making the instruction clear for the future Hall C RC on the half-wave plate change. (This information must be passed on).

Data taking wise, we had another 80% day, 1100mC of integrated beam charge.

The plan is to data taking till 7:00 am Wednesday.
