[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall C Update: hall will stay open tonight (no beam)

Just a brief update on the status of Hall C.  The target cooldown is progressing well, and we should have LH2 and LD2 targets on swing shift.  DC power has diagnosed the issues with the large Moller quad power supply and determined that water is not flowing freely through all parts of the supply, causing the overtemp issue. Addressing this will require flushing the power supply, which will take place tomorrow (Friday) morning.  This means we will not be taking beam in Hall C tonight, and the hall will remain in Restricted Access until Friday Day shift.

Since the target will be cold, we will need Target Operators for Swing shift tonight and Owl shift Friday, but Shift Leaders will not be needed since we will not have beam.  Shift Leader and TO for Friday, Day shift should report for shift as scheduled.
