=> Yesterday (Thursday, Feb.15) Dave Gaskel did a Moller measurements (~8:30am - 2pm) https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4252806, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4252819 . 
=> We got back to production run with kinematics KinC_x60_4a, with the targets LH2, Dummy, LD2 and the beam current   8uA-40uA.

Friday (Feb.16.2024)

1. Shifts - all SL shifts are cancelled for DAY / Swing
                    TO shifts are NOT cancelled. We need a target operator at CR.

2. Beam - OFF 7:45

3. Hall -    8:00 RadCon Survey
                9:00 Controlled Access 
             
4. Calorimeter - 4.1) Lock the NPS magnet (Joe Buffet)
                          4.2) Push the calorimeter to 9.5m (Jerry, Larruy and/or Rob, Yaopeng, Mitch)
                          4.3) Install the NPS board hanger on the platform (Jerry, Larry and/or Rob)
                          4.4) Test the bases from Ohio (Josh) 
                          4.5) Remove col 20 and 21 (Yaopeng, Mitch)
                          4.6) Get S. Kennel to survey PMTs from col 20+21 by noon (Julie)
                          4.7) Remove col 22 and 23 (Cristine, Hao)
                          4.8) Disassemble PMT/bases col 20 and 21 upstairs-200A (Wassim- Mark- Charles-???)
                          4.9) Get S. Kennel to survey PMTs  from col 22 and 23 before 4 pm (Julie)
                          5.0) Cut fibers (Julie)
                          5.1) Assemble PMT/bases for col 20 and 21 with bypassed bases (200A) (Julie - Mitch - Ed - ???)

                          4.2) Install column 20 (Wassim-Mark)
                          4.3) Assemble PMT/bases col 22 and 23 with bypassed bases upstairs (Julie- Wassim -Mark - ??)
                          4.4) Install column 21 (Yaopeng-Hao)
                          4.5) Check the optical coupling  col 20 and 21 (Josh)
                          4.6) Adjust LV and start cosmic run (Josh, Yaopeng, Hao)
