[Hallc_running] please sign up for shifts for NPS in hall C

Dear Colleagues

As the upcoming RC, I have opened up the shift signup page for starting on Wednesday Jan 17 in hall C.  Please sign up !  (Note that we're moving up the schedule.)

We'll have our first RC meeting of the year next week Tuesday Jan 16; I will remind you later.  At the RC meeting we'll go over the experiment's status and the run plan.  Right now, it looks like the refurbishment of the NPS detector is ahead of schedule, likely finishing this Saturday.  We still need to install some shielding and restore the target.  The projected day to condense the target is Wed Jan 17 in the Day shift, and hence that would be our first shift; we would therefore start taking beam later in that day.
