[Hallc_running] reminder: make sure trainings are up-to-date before taking shifts

Dear Colleagues taking shifts

Please make sure that your required trainings are up-to-date.  One way to tell is to look at the shift sign-up page

https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/physics/shiftSchedule/index.cfm?experimentRunId=DVCS-NPS-2023

and if you see a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark, that means you have incomplete training.  Let the mouse hover over the triangle and the list of missing trainings will show in a pop-up.  You must get these trainings before taking a shift.  I believe they still stop you at the guard shack and your ID badge won't work.

I'm not sure if there is a page like that for users -- ask the user liaison.   But the yellow triangle thing on the shift schedule may be enough of a clue.
