[Hallc_running] Cancelation of shifts

Hi Everyone,
Unfortunately, the work on the vacuum leak over the past 24 hours did not
repair the leak. Ops is coordinating the repair but it will take an
extended amount of time (into middle/late next week). Currently, RADCON is
surveying the hall in order to go to Controlled Access. Dave Meekins will
"warm up" the target today. This way, we will not need a TO on shift and
Dave can recondense the target once we get closer to resuming operation
next week. Once this is complete, both TO and SWING shifts will be
cancelled until Tuesday DAY. I anticipate more shifts will be cancelled,
but I will wait until the timeline starts to become clearer (after
Monday). The TO for today's SWING (Friday, 03/22) should still report as
usual (until the  target warm up process is complete). Thank you to both
