[Hallc_running] Please Sign up for Shifts

Hello everyone,

As noted in the RC meeting yesterday, we have an upcoming gap of owl 
shifts on the schedule.

We need *shift leaders* for the owl shift throughout the week. Note that 
the *first* empty shift is Tuesday Owl - *this is currently one shift 
after we're expecting to get beam back*.

PS - No news/updates on the accelerator today. We're expecting an update 
from the PD tomorrow morning. I'll update everyone if hear more. For
