RC Report 04 April 2025

Early day shift we moved to controlled access (full survey) to lift SHMS Q2 interlock -> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4347467 and allow MCC crew to check the problem with the ion chamber -> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4347467 
After that we move back to Beam Permit, but unfortunately beam was not delivered until the end of Swing Shift, mostly due to work on North Linac and issues to set beam to Hall D (yes, we should be prioritize, but that's life).
Owl shift started to calibrate the ion chambers, which took a lot of time finding that Injector is reading lower current than hallc bcm's -> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4347862 . This morning Doug, after consulting LAD overlords, request MCC to keep the operational procedure, at least for Ion Chamber calibrations up to 12 uA. Present LAD run plan has planned to run up to 10uA for calibrations, and 1-2uA for production. 

At the moment of this message, Simona is fighting to get a good beam into the hall.
