Since the last RC update we've been taking production data on LD2 at 0.3 muA. The beam has been very stable and the hall equipment performs very well. There were a few DAQ crashes since the last update but the shift crew restored the DAQ each time pretty quickly based on available written instructions. We will continue with data taking at 0.3 muA on LD2 throughout the weekend.

There was discussion at the MCC RC meeting this morning on reminding all the shift leaders about the importance of filling the BTA in a timely manner and accurately. The Crew Chief change at the MCC happens one hour earlier than the change of shift leader in Hall C so it's very important for the shift leader to submit the BTA as soon as the 7th hour of their shift is completed. If we don't, the MCC crew chief that rotates out must spend extra time after his/hers shift to wait for our BTA submission. Related to the accuracy of the BTAs we submit: we added the L1 accept of our DAQ as a condition to calculate our ABU/BANU (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4360768). There will be instances when we do special measurements for which we don't run the DAQ (arc energy measurement, for example). In this case the ABU/BANU must be filled in by hand. In conclusion, the shift leaders should accurately fill the BTA and submit it in a timely manner (if the Crew Chief calls you about submittin
