[Hallc_running] [EXTERNAL] R-SIDIS Training for taking shifts

Dear Colleagues,

We’re having a number of cases of people signed up for shift who’s training is not up to date. This is a serious safety issue and could result in having the experiment shutdown. At the top of the shift schedule signup page it lists all the training required to take shift in Hall C. Dave G. has enabled the feature to show on the schedule if there is an issue with your training not being complete.

Target operator (TO) is special, as it requires extra training: both online training and practical training with either Silviu or JP;  getting experience with another target operator is NOT a way to satisfy this training requirement. Please take care of the target training well in advance, Silviu and JP are not available on a moment’s notice to train you in time for your shift.
