well... we had a nice weekend, until yesterday, and the echoes of the HMS Q3 valve issue -> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4398485 affected other halls -> https://ace.jlab.org/presenter/presentation/24269#11 . As I reported briefly yesterday, and in the link previously attached, Jamie, Ellen and Heidi solved the issue. A good news is Ellen solved the HMS Dipole NMR communication issue -> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4398489
Since then, production has been smooth. Regular CODA crash at 2:55, but the major issue, not critical, was HCDESK1 crash. It is where the alarm handler is normally open. I guess it is ok not calling the RC for this, but JUST IF the crew is capable to recover the task on that computer in any other computer, and specially if it is the alarm handler.

So, as a reminder for next Shift Crews, it is ok not knowing, do not panic, check the wiki for possible solutions, but never let the experiment running blind, the RC should be able to find a solution or guide how to proceed. And always, make a dedicated logentry.

SHIFT SUMMARIES:
DAY -> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4398238
SWING -> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4398514
OWL -> https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4398724

RUN PLAN:
- production
- 10 min/spectrometer single arm measurement (this has been done during Swing)

FUTURE WORK IN THE HALL:
- Tomorrow, Accelerator will be down for maintenance at the North Linac and has planned Beam Studies. Hall A will be used for that purpose. Thus, according to the several plans on the table, Hall C will move to Restricted Access. RadCon was given a head-up on Friday, Saturday it was reminded at the RC meeting, and will be giving a heads-up today.
-> Technicians will make use of a spider crane to repair a N2 valve which is leaking.
-> Holly will work on the GEMs

Let me know if you have plans for more work at the hall.

NOTE FOR SHIFT TAKERS:
- when non-regular issues come to the experiment counting house, or the hall, always make a dedicated logentry, and be the most explicit possible. If you want, link it in the Summary. Those logentries are potential source of information for future issues, and/or help the experts to address the problem.
- never let any experiment service down, or let you blind. It is important monitoring all the time.

We will have our regular RC meeting in person, at CH conference room at 2:30 (I will be online in order to go on time to the Hall A/C meeting)
