[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Summary June 28

On Friday June 27th, we took Hydrogen runs until ~8am, at which point Dave Meekins emptied loop 3 (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4406679). We then ran on empty target for ~2 ABU's, until 11am, when the accelerator went down for a short scheduled maintenance. Dave made an access to switch loop 3 back to LD2. The HMS was also rotated to 17deg (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4406826).
We returned to beam permit just in time for beam to go down, and didn't get beam again until ~9 pm.

The A can vacuum recovered well, after the pump was moved closer to the vacuum. The pump was removed during the 11am controlled access (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4406805).

At ~9pm, shift crews completed harp scans (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4407045, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4407041) carbon hole checkout (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4407079), as well as took 5 ABU's on Optics 1 and 3 ABU's on Optics 2. We switched to LD2 in loop 3 at 0.3uA mid owl shift, and will continue to run at this setting until further notice.

There will be no RC meeting today. We'll meet again on Monday.

Plan for the day:

Take 1 hr runs on LD2 in loop 3 at 0.3uA with ps2=ps4=0, until further notice.
Once per day, take single arm runs for 10 min each. Alternate daily between ps2&ps4=0 and ps1&ps3=0
