[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily summary

The electrical work is expected to be complete as of tomorrow (Friday) morning. After that point, Dave Meekins will begin to prepare the target. 

In terms of shifts: Friday DAY SL and TO are not required. But we do need the SWING TO and SL for Friday to report for shifts as usual. 

We still need owl SL to cover Sunday and Monday: https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/physics/shiftSchedule/index.cfm?experimentRunId=HALLC-LAD
